More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling distinct areas of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
